We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, select any items that you wish to buy and click to "Add" them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payment using Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back Ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. Our online ordering service is only available to UK mainland customers. For overseas orders please contact Monkey Bike UK by phone, email or fax. Shipping And Handling UK Orders: For orders made within the UK, the shipping cost will be included in the total order amout. Please see the Shipping & Handling section in the checkout process for further details. International Orders: Due to the wide range of parts stocked, we are unable to calculate International shipping costs on-line. Customers can contact Monkey Bike UK prior to ordering to obtain a quote. Alternatively the order can be processed on-line, excluding shipping costs, and we will contact the customer with the shipping costs and the final order amount. Delivery Schedule If the goods are in stock, we despatch your order right away. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee Honda street legal motorcycles supplied by Monkey Bike UK carry a full 12 months parts & labour warranty from Monkey Bike UK. This warranty is not covered by the Honda UK network. Monkey Bike UK reserve the right to decide if the bike has been used within normal operating conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to return their motorcycle to the Monkey Bike UK workshop in Leamington Spa for any warranty work to be carried out. Due to the nature of their use, off-road motorcycles do not carry any warranty. Jincheng & Easyrider street legal motorcycles carry a 6 months parts warranty only. Any faulty or damaged parts must be returned to Monkey Bike UK for examination. The customer is responsible for returning the item to Monkey Bike UK. If the goods are found to be faulty due to manufacturer's error, then return postage to the customer is the responsibility of Monkey Bike UK. Parts sold by Monkey Bike UK are supplied with a warranty against defects for 14 days after receipt of items. This warranty is at the discretion of Monkey Bike UK and will not cover incorrect fitting or use other than as intended by the manufacturer. The goods must be returned, in the original packaging, to Monkey Bike UK for inspection. (When returning goods we advise you use recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost/damaged in the post). If the goods are found to be defective then Monkey Bike UK will issue a refund or replacement to the customer. Parts modified or adapted by the purchaser shall no longer be warranted by Monkey Bike UK. Any items that are returned to us faulty due to customer error or incorrect installation, will be repaired or replaced at full cost (including postage charges) to the customer. Most electrical goods (e.g. instruments, speedo/tacho kits, lighting & ignition) are designed to fit Honda motorcycles only. Any modification undertaken to the product by the customer to enable fitting to other brands of motorcycle will invalidate the guarantee.
